Good question - one I'd like to hear the answer to myself. I've sent 3 emails over the last month - in including a followup - and haven't heard a thing, aside from the autoresponder program (you know, " We will make every effort to process your order, or respond to your questions or quote request, within 24-48 hours. Normal business hours for email are 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST, Monday-Friday...").

I think this issue has been brought up before, but it looks like it just going to keep on being an issue.
