One thing you might try. Get a can of WD-40 or the like, Turn on your vent fans and make sure you are sucking outsike air, go to the air intakes on the front of the van and spray the WD040 directly into the intakes. I tried this when my fan berings were making a racket and I could not find the ambitition to take the dash apart. IT WORKED!!!!! It took a while for the WD-40 to work its way around to the bearings and for a while these was WD-40 smell inside the van but both the sound and the racket went away in a couple of days. That was about 4 months ago and all is still quiet.
