You can heat up a rock, or bring some ceramic bowls. Burn the stove on full, place you favorite ceramic item over it until it's nice and hot. Place them strategically. Won't give you too much heat, but it will make a difference. If you really want to get some heat for the night, let some rocks sit in the fire, then bring them in at night with you. Place them on something that will insulate them, of course.

Oh, and don't burn the stove for too long or you'll die. Then you won't care if you're too cold.
