Dave-

Thanks for offering to host the survey. I was thinking that, in the interest of trimming down the volume of things to deal with, we might want to stay away from items which are considered basic maintenance and should be replaced regularly anyway- like plugs, plug wires, dist/rotor, battery, O2 sensor, etc. And things which are not "life threatening" like the muffler/tailpipe and the bumper. Just a thought, though that stuff wouldn't hurt anything. I would say that the best bet would be year Van and diesel , gas, or gas+sychro and the mileage where signs of failure began, as some of us are a bit slow on actual replacement. As far as the webpage goes, it might be good to have the option at each component of saying whether the original is still there, or you just don't know when it was replaced. As far as components and systems, I couldn't think of anything you missed.

Mark
