Hi Guys!
Well, Iīm back already to update you on some of the "cheats" that  I made
and thatīs been evaluated already!
The major reason for being home already isnīt the Vanagon but the weather!
The rain and thunder made the wildlife a bit too unpleasant ( sitting in a
Vanagon with two soaked dogs that is! )
The little things in my camper that didnīt work however was:

> Got me a 60 Ah spare battery from a wreckyard along with a BOSCH
> alternator ( from wich I only stripped the diode carrier in order to
> hook up  a preventor for "powerdrain" out of the starter battery) wich I
> put in a battery box and strapped to the floor behind the driver seat .

Sorry to admit that my thoughts slipped totally there, the diods were
supposed to enable the aux. battery to get charged by but not drain the main
battery.Turned out to be the other way around!
Iīm working on this though, but for the time being Iīll go with a simple
relay .

This gadget is a sure killer!
Adolf Hitlers heritage left me with a cloud out of the nozzels that would
have made the smoke coming out of an eighteenwheeler going uphill blush with
envy!!!
AND THE SMELL - yeeeeek
Has to be dismantled before itīs ever turned on again!

But for tonight the weatherforecast is fairly ok so Iīll give it another
try, a propaneheater instead of the EB though!
