Talked to a Stebro rep today about the long-awaited, not-quite-ready-yet
stainless steel exhaust for Vanagons. He said that they were still waiting
on a piece of tooling, but otherwise they were ready to enter production. He
estimated availability at 2 weeks. This is the same story we've been getting
for a while now, guess it will be ready when it's ready...

The cost is $750 for the system, muffler (no cat) and all hardware included.
Available for syncro as well as 2WD vanagons. I hope they get this out
before my exhaust disintegrates...
