<< pending some upcoming camping trips i decided i needed cheap screens for the front doors (80 westy). happened across do it yourself screen stuff at local hardware superstore (Home Depot). Screen frame comes in six foot sections (less than $2 USD). Corner pieces where <$1.

I made a small rectangular screen frame. this frame can slip into the window channels when the front window is rolled down. pop-riveted >>

We did a similar thang, skipping the solid frame and using magnetic strips sewn into the screen. Four big magnets hold the corners, and 1/2 strips along the periphery seal out the wee flying monsters. Rolls up into a neat little ball that fits under the seat (along with the front windshield curtain. :)
