We get a little more with our 5 spd, generally 20-22 mpg. But over short periods the conventional method of calculating fuel added to the tank is very inacurrate for the EV. Depending on the tilt of the van during I have had differences of upto 4 gallons between "fill-ups". I attribute this at least partly to the "legendary" accuracy of the EV gas gage as well as the tilt of the van. Several times I have added more then the book capicity of the tank. Maybe some in-accurate gas pumps ? Maybe not.
