I've had the cupholders on order now for many weeks.  My supplier offered to
ship more than my original order (5), so I asked him to send another 15.  I
have no confirmation that they have done so, so until they arrive (tomorrow or
the next day) I won't know how many I have.

I will post to the list when I get them, and if they are acceptable to me,
I'll start taking orders for more.

In the mean time, I found a different cupholder that fits the Vanagon dash.
This one also has a little fold out table on it.  The only pics I have show
the EV version, and not the Vanagon.  I'm planning on ordering a couple, but
the price may be steep at around $80 ea.
