I got mine at West Side Volkswagen, Saint Louis Park, Minnesota in September 1995. The bracket was $1.95 and the screws were $1.20 for a total of $3.15 plus $.20 for tax so the grand total was.....let me get the calculator here.....no wait, I'd better open a spreadsheet.......there! $3.35.

This is why I am the Chief of the Reserve Pay Division of the 88th Regional Support Command. I know how to operate the calculator!
