Thanks. I am thinking it may be a mixture of not being bled correctly, and the expansion tank cap not being tight enough. I went to add coolant yesterday and the cap came off quite easy. I noted the position of the cap before I removed it, and upon installation it easily turned past that point. Do these caps have a torque value. I looked in my Bentley, but couldn't find anything on it. I used a procedure that Joel recommended, but it did not reveal anything. Anyway, I am going to drive it for a while keeping a close eye on the coolant level.
