I usually go to a place that sells used tires and re-treads, and spend about $5 per tire for mounting and spin balancing. I'm sure there are advantages to using a national chain, but if I'm on the road, I'm not going to know where to find the nearest National Tire Warehouse, and I probably couldn't find the paperwork anyway.
