Give us some more information to work with. Do the lights come on, but won't crank? Cranks, but no spark? Etc.

And it ain't because of the battery! It was low on gas ( I mean really low!!) and was parked on an incline with the nose being maybe a few degrees UP...now, this bus has never NOT started and I want to blame the fuel delivery because of the aforementioned incline. Am I right? And, by the way, where is the fuel filter ? (That is my other suspected culprit!) This is a '90 Vanagon and not a Syncro..

I would appreciate any thoughts on this matter ..my bus is now parked on the street ( the horror! ) dan clark
