Scott; Here is a way to test the thermo-switch. Locate the switch on the radiator and disconnect it. The plug (connected to the wires) has three connectors. Short across two at a time, you have three combinations to choose from. Your results should be high fan, low fan and no effect. If that is what you get suspect the switch.
