Have you ever seen a knowledgeable VW dealership? Seem to me they either can't diagnose the problems correctly or screw up the repair work. Me and friends have VW's have too many bad experience in our area at Dallas featuring 110 degree temperature.

I would also STRONGLY recommend a letter to VW America complaining about the dealer. If people don't complain about theses things you will get the service you deserve.
