Not to put a damper on this thread, but remember that tints can effect
Radar/Lazer.  It depends on if it is metal based, but even a non-metal tint
can effect Lazer.  Check out the August 19987 Car and Driver, page 134.


Tint it all around except the fronte and you may impare the effectiveness
of your Valentine or any other unit that claims full 360 coverage.


Then check page 141 for a Short Take on the new Beetle TDI.
