WCM is getting out of parts for all watercooled VW's - including the watercooled Vanagons. Vanagon parts will still be offered as long as they fit the aircooled models.

However, WCM actually makes (or made) very few parts for Vanagons anyway. Most of the parts they sell for Vanagons are actually original Volkswagen parts, which they re-label and mark up (often to ABOVE Volkswagen retail!!). As a WCM warehouse distributor, I do use them (very) occasionally as a supplier for an odd Vanagon part here or there, but for the most part I can get the same genuine VW part significantly cheaper elsewhere. So in my opinion they never really were a major supplier of Vanagon parts anyway.
