Check the pressure regulator. A new one is about $70.00 and very easy to replace.

You can check the pressure regulator with a fuel pressure gauge. Install the pressure gauge and turn on the engine. The pressure should be around 28 psi. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator. The pressure will jump to 38 psi if the gauge is working correctly.
