Just completed the first 450 mile leg of our journey to Alaska. With a 400 lb trailer and 620 lbs of cargo, 65 mph average over interstate driving yielded about 15 to 16 mpg. I did notice slowing on grades but you can make up for on the backside of the hill. I have a automatic and didn't notice any downshifting on those grades. Guess being operated up in the middle of the powerband has it's advantages.

On another note.... the A/C did not last as I apparently have a restriction causing high side overpressure....and yes that little relief valve on the drier is a one time thing. The question now is dow we pay to have the system flushed, re-ringed and converted to R134 or just make a mad dash for the Canada border...

More to follow as our trek continues.
