Headlight switch.

Carefully remove, Carefully dissassemble , (you will see "barbed" one-way fittings around it, gently pry them open). You will see two parts: a sliding contact, and the actual switch part, that has 6 brass contact surfaces. Clean these and GENTLY pry up the one(s) that has/have not been making solid contact. You can tell which one has not been making solid contact as it will be darkened and the plastic around it will be slightly melted. Grease with a SLIGHT amount of lithium grease, re-assemble, re-install, pat yourself on the back, it's Miller time.

lightly yours,
