Thanks for the reply.

Ok the wire is not coaxial but I still get the feeling that Vanagon owners are still having trouble splicing the wires. I read another one this morning.

Again what is wrong in trying to find someone to make an adapter to fit into the VW harness. I have not changed the O2 on my Van as yet but will be looking at doing so in the near future therefore I am just trying to stop myself from getting screwed up.

Have you changed the O2 Sensor over on your Van. If so you must have spliced the wires, what is the go with it?. From what I understand there are three wires going into two. Is this correct or does it go another way ? Any ideas would be appreciated.
