I enjoyed looking over Rob's post of the ads for motorhomes (thanks for the page, Rob). I would never have thought of a motorhome based on some of those vehicles. However, I did notice a couple of LT 35 camper conversions, which brings me to this post. Can anyone tell me how the LT35 compares to the Vanagon? It looks bigger in all dimensions, but how much bigger? How much longer is the extended wheelbase version? Weight? Driveability? How are the camper versions laid out? Anything similar to the Westy we have here in the states? I realize that I'll probably never get to see one of these other than pictures (are there any here in North America?) but my curiosity is going here... steve '85 westy kent, wa
