My local mechanic (Lehmanns Auto, Bechtelsville, PA, highly recommended) worked until 9 pm two nights in a row to get our Westy back on the road, after it threw a rod right before a planned vacation several years ago. Evon and I gave both the owner and his assistant gift certificates for two to a nice restaurant in the area. It clearly made their day. Most customers are far quicker to complain than to compliment, so any measure, even small, will doubtless be appreciated. - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot http://www.busdepot.com |
