Hi Folks, This is my first posting to this list . . . My second order of business for my just purchased '86 Westfalia Poptop (is Westfalia Poptop rendundant?) is to get my hands on a jump seat. If that's not possible, can I simply pull a front driver or passenger seat from a wreck and use that? Is there any difference between these seats and the jump seat other than the storage that's under the jump seat? My first order of business is to touch up a nasty ding around the drivers door. The door has been replaced with a pretty good match from a junk yard, but the post (between the door & kitchen window) needs some paint. There's bare metal showing, but no rust yet, and I want to put something on it to keep it from rusting until I get it to the body shop, which may be a while. Would Rustoleum be OK? Would that make more work for the body shop? Thanks -- Rich Durant |
