Hi folks -- I get the impression that several of you are using a microsoft web browser to send mail, and it is configured to use its typically nonstandard microsoft default. This is a bit of a problem butt for me, as your mail appears in my mail browser as:

[Part 1, Application/MS-TNEF 1.8KB] [Cannot display this part. Press "V" then "S" to save in a file]

This means that you are sending the list MIME-format mail (no big deal) but using a non-standard type, Applicatons/MS-TNEF. Mail is usually MIME-packaged as Text/Plain. Since I read my mail on a UNIX box, microsoft is strictly a foreign language, and my mail browser is thoroughly confused.

If you go into the configuration section of your browser you can tell it to stop this silliness, and I'd sure appreciate it if you do, as I'd prefer to read your mail. As I've never messed with the microsoft browser I can't help you reconfigure it, but I know several folks on this list have managed to do it.

Thanks,

Gary
