Well  ....  ....  In light of your above-listed posting, I'd have to ask the
same question as that Goodyear engineer.
Speeds in excess of 90 mph in a fully-laden Westy are just plain foolish.
Slow down - start smoking if you don't already - if you currently smoke,
light-up another one.
That's got to be more healthy than sustained cruising at the speeds you're
talking about.
But that's just MHO.
