Jim, have you come up with a solution yet? i was thinking, and looking at my van, and roll down windows would work but they would probably let the body flex alot more than it does now, like a convertible. the space under the windows looks the right size, you might have to live with rear windows that don't go down all the way, but part of the way is better than not going down at all.

i would be willing to help design this if anyone is interested. you could take bronco rear windows and use that mechanism to roll down the rear windows down.
