Guys, DavidMc is just flame bait, and you're too sincere to see it - ALL
his posts are negative, from bumpers to child seats to "karma" to fuel
gauges. He deserves to drive a J*Pbox 4.5k a year.

I killed my '65 Spider Veloce by thinking wishfully about the SUs on my
'57 MGA while rebuilding the Webers - they never did work right again.

Of course, my 2 MGs responded to my overly attentive maintenance by
leaving me stranded once (water pump blew in the A, the Magnette always
worked, but then I never super tuned her,) in about 6 years. Wish I had
the A back.

Thanks to the list, and Ron (who was slow with the email and better than
UPS with the phone call), my '87 Syncro GL is doing fine - hauls me, the
wife , kids and grandkids, grandkid paraphenalia at more than legal speed
(still safe and reasonable, though. this is MAryland.) And I was able to
rectify POs indifference, because of people like GMBulley - simply
forgetus.)
