130 foot pounds is still the magic number and I would not use any anti-seize compound. The required torque is a function of the material, size, and thread pitch of the bolt. It must be properly stretched to hold the wheel on tight. The seat of the bolt and the wheel is different for the alloys to compensate for the different materials.
