Kyle Wade of Volksmotorworks imports them.

I imported them myself, both front and rear for around $2000 including the Projektzwo "flat" foglights, customs, broker fees, and shipping.

Not sure what he charges.

Yes, they are a breeze to install, no cutting at all.
