I take excetion with the above comment. I like a beer with flavour. I drink all kinds of the micro brews and specialy beers that are offered in my area. I also like some of the affordable "specialty" beers offered by the big breweries in Canada (most notably Molson Classic Series Spring Bock, Molson Classic Series Cream Ale and Rickard's Red). However, my every day beer is Miller Ice.

I challenge you to find another American beer that is widely available and so affordable yet offers as much flavour as Miller Ice. It ain't no specialty beer, it won't dance on your palette, it won't give you hints of apple with under tones of grapefruit, but amongst the mass produced beers it really stands out against the rest. Don't get me wrong, I prefer the specialty beers over the pedestrian stuff, I just can't always justify their price and have to drink something more affordable. In northern WA $7.99 for 24.
