Just by regular use of the keys in the front door handles and the use of the
front door lock pushbutton.  There are no additional external levers, buttons
or switches to use.

When working properly you can unlock either of the front doors with the key
and all the doors will unlock.  Using the key to lock either of the front
doors (when their closed) will likewaise lock all the doors.

Once inside the van pressing down on the locking pushbutton on either front
door should lock all the doors.   Lifting it up should unlock all the doors.

The only two items of "evidnce" that a vaan has the power locks (aside from
seeing them operate) are:
a 4-pin electrical switch on the front edge of the sliding door frame and a
corresponding contact area on the leading edge of the door.
and...  the rear hatch pushbutton mechanism sticke out from the surface of the
door about 3/4" while the one w/o power locks is almost flush and sticks out
about 1/4".
