Condition Report- AC And rad fan HELP.. Good Morning , You asked that I remove the thermal switch at the radiator and perform some tests. I wont be able to do this for a few days but this is the conditoin as it is.               Turn on the AC with engine running-radiator fan turns on high- compressor clutch kicks tn and fan in the van is on low. AC blows cold.                Turn AC switch to medium - everything same except fan in the van speeds up to med.                Turn AC switch to high- Radiatop fan goes to low-- compressor clutch kicks out- and fan in the van goes to high. AC blows hot.                I've talked to a lot of people about this and no one, even the tech's at the dealer dont know- A lot of people on the list have made the same suggestions so I went out and bought a resistor but the problem is I cant find where it goes- I'm starting to think that maybe there isnt one on my 84. On page 87.5 0f the Bently BGB in the lower right hand side is an illustration showing the resistor, but if you look down at the bottqm of the page is reads-from1986-               I'm completely stumped - and this is the 5th Westy I have owned, going back to the middle 60's. Of course this is the first one to have AC and the AC has been great, I've had this one since 89 when my friends (original owner) wife decided she didn't want to camp anymore.               On advice of a helper in Texas,I removed the switch from the dash and cleaned all the connections. Didn't make any difference.              Help! ! ! your my last hope---Bud

Failure is no fault, not trying is.---Bud
