Thats why I always recommend going with the local guy if possible. Not that I am sooooo busy that I can't squeeze in another rebuild!

Sounds like an excellent price for all that to me! All you folks down Steve's way in need of a trans should take notes. They replaced what I would have replaced during a rebuild so it sounds like they have done this before!
