I mainly lurk, but I'm moved to go public with my gratitude. John Anderson worked like a slave for two+ days on my beloved Syncro Westy (Tugboat). He had Steve Dolan's cheerful & capable help, but I can only hope I learned enough to at least hand over the proper sized requested tool. Tug now has Ron Todd's Carlisle heads, the Bus Depot water pump, gasket set, etc., various hoses, clamps & V-belts John brought with him, new oil, coolant & brake fluid (a treat to watch the bleeding process!- no wonder replacing it is put off), etc., etc.- & all sorts of TLC a shop likely would've overlooked. John said the job went better than others, but I could never have imagined the time & skill it takes to disassemble, replace the necessaries & reassemble a van.

Gerry Skerbitz's early efforts introduced me to the support & camaraderie of Listees, where I found Tug. I can only hope that Coyote Ron Lussier & Chris Smith won't also burn out. John & Steve renewed my faith in human goodness, & I'd hate to see petty flames, air vs. water & inane threads overrule valid differences of opinion & shared information. After all, this is where I met so many helpful Volks.

From deep in my heart, thank you, John & Steve!! FoxhntrPat@aol.com (Pat Horrocks- & Toto, too)
