I had my brakes on my '74 done at Meineke. They charged $400 or so, and I got all the rotors/drums turned, new pads and rear brake cylinders, plus a lifetime warranty. When the pads wear out, they do some pro-rating on them and them replace them. I don't mess with the brakes myself, too important to mess up. All in all I thought it was a fair price, considering. In fact, now that I think about it, I had to replace the rear drums, not get them turned. Considering they're about $90 each, that's a very good price.

Craig
