Im just glad Ed decided to break just before we got to the freeway! I was on my way to work when he broke 2 bolts (stupid service manager said Axle!) inside of his wheel. talk about your van's pretecting their owner's.... If I was on the freeway who knows what would have happened to me flying at 65 in the fast lane...I'd have been screwed....

Me thinks our vans "know" something...VW must have instilled a little personality program in that little computer box under the back seat....they know when it's safe to break.

Bessie busted her waterpump in a neighborhood, just *AFTER* getting off the freeway. She was smart but she was costing me too much.
