Here we go again! Play is not a problem. Unless it is exseccive, and I mean falling off. Wheel bearings are designed with play because they heat as the vehicle is driven. Once heated the play "should" be minumal. This heating causes the grease to melt and lube the bearing. Unless the bearing in noisy or rough sounding I would not touch it.
