Greetings Mark. I replaced the outer passenger side CV at 130KM. The inboard CV on the same side was starting to show wear at that time. Haven't touched the drivers side CV's yet. I did hear an explantion about the wear which made sense. Because of road camber, the outside CV on the passenger side tends to go earlier. On another note, does anyone have a solution for the odometer pin slipping out of its hole. I repaired the unit once last week. Took the speedometer unit out of the instrument cluster and pushed the pin with gear back into its slot on the other side. However, after a few hours of bumpy hwy it slipped out again. Any solutions, or is the odometer warn beyond repair. Thanks. R.Feuerriegel 88 syncro
