Well, I examined my diagrams and I am not sure they will be useful to you all. I used a lot of relays and was doing some other weird wiring at the same time. (For example, I wanted the fogg lamps on the side of the vehicle I was turning to to come on whenever I had headlights on and was in a tight turn.) But here are some hints:

Get power from:

Terminal 58L off the main headlight switch Fusebox Low Beams position M2 through a diode to the + position on the fogg lamp switch Fusebox M1 position supplies power coincident with any headlight being on Source of permanent 12 volt power routed through new fuseholder placed over main fuseholder placed over main fuxebox position 17 Source of key-on power from G5 3-headed monster pin in main fusebox

Anyway, I am sending you my diagrams. You can post them or interpret them better if you can figure them out. Please send me snail mail address.
