Subject: My vanagon is dying, PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with my 1984 Wolfy Vanagon. It seems that since it rained 4 days ago my vanagon is having an increible hard time accerlating. After it acclerates to about 45 it seem fine and runs great. There is also a slight gas smell in the cockpit of the vanagon. It also seems like the engine is girgling (Is that a word?) It only started happeneing after it rained.

It has been dry for about 3 days, so I thought that it might have been something to got wet and it would dry out, but it hasn't.

Any help would be great.

Corky
