this does sound good, but fot those who still want to make thier own, I
experimented with a method of attaching the magnetic tape to the screen which
really worked well. First, I put my magnetic tape where I wanted it, adhesive
side facing me. Then I stuck the screen to the tape. Trim. Now I took a tube
of "Automotive Goop" a flexible glue I found at the local auto parts store,
and smeared the glue thru the screen and onto the already sticky tape so there
was a noticable bead on the screen side. Give lots of drying time before
stressing. Mine seems to be a pretty good bond.
