Back in mid February Harry Yates answered my query about mold on the inside of the pop-top. He suggested using 1 teaspoon of bleach to 1 litre of water and applying the solution with a toothbrush. After 5 minutes, rinse with plain water. I know you are looking for a solution without chlorine bleach BUT, I tried this and the results were excellent. If you have large patches of mold you may want to use a larger scrub brush. This removed the mold and the soft drink stains on the inside of my pop top and left a clean, uniform appearance.
