We too were there and enjoyed the whole event -- wished we could have stayed longer. VW people are simply the nicest! Too bad Karl's engine blew up on the way to Mt. Graylock -- he had to have it towed to Marblehead on Saturday (what a disappointment). At least he has another Vanagon to drive while his weekender gets rebuilt.
I do remember seeing you both and yer "foglights with van attached" -- too bad we didn't get a chance to have a really nice, in-depth talk -- maybe next time...
