Karl who? Our van was fine, although we did crank up the heat to dissipate the engine heat during climbing. I thought that guy's name was Gary (or something with a 'G'). Anyway, a couple of us found him on the way back down Mt. Graylock at the Mobil station with the van on a flatbed dripping coolant. The suspicion at the time was a thrown rod after 20K on a rebuilt. :-(

You were prolly too busy entertaining all the folks gawking at your bright orange Syncro Westy. Yeah, the DPO did put 2 foglights and 2 driving lights on. Looks a little ostentatious (or clunky), but they throw some serious light. That way we could see all the moose in the White Mountains. :-)
