Mark; I believe the idle stabilizer should compensate for the extra load. You also might to take a A/C line pressure reading. A blockage in the A/c system could be putting an unusually high load on the pump. I would check everything before I start tweaking on the throttle body( this is advice I wish I would learn;^).
