Basically, you will be dealing with your insurance company for a settlement. They in turn will go after the other party for reimbursement. The best advice I could give is to check out Derek Drew's two-part post about his dealings with his insurance company. It is an excellent piece and will be a good educational and support document for your upcoming negotiations. It's in the archives, dated 6 May '98, entitled "The Real Dope". Good luck! Larry |
