The Xenon lights everyone calls blue are not a bulb based change (at least
according to european car) but rather a whole new method of lighting. I'll
get the article and date when I get home. The blue bulbs (all weather,
etc.) you see for sale are more of a gimick than practical (IMO) at least
for headlights, I'm not sure about fog lights. My understanding of
specialized lights (either fog or driving) is that the angle and spread
pattern of the reflector was more improtant than the color of light.
