Just keep in mind that some of us have replaced our motor mounts (mine were utterly trashed) and it made no difference. In about a month or two, the shuddering came back. I replaced motor mounts, clutch plate, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, pilot bearing. The remaining possibilities are the transmission mount, which I had out and concluded was ok (but could have been wrong I suppose), and re-surfacing the flywheel. I seem to recall mail from someone last time this subject came up who said they re-surfaced the flywheel and the problem still came back.

Right now I know of no (long term) solution nor does it sound like anyone really knows what the problem is.

Gary
