Subject: WTB 89-91 Syncro Westie...

Well volks, the news from the adjuster front is in and the elegant 4WD BNB is by their estimation merely a pile of junk. (Elegantly styled, finely crafted, precision machined but junk none the less). Thanks to Derek the syncrowiz I have a strategy for working out the details of another purchase. So off we go down the road to finding another syncro westie.

All leads are appreciated as are records of recent sales of such excellent vehicles in your local area to add to my collection of similar syncro valuation to bolster my claim that 12K+or- is not a realistic value for the vehicle.

If I can raise the valuation perhaps the grand old lady can be saved from the crusher as the difference will allow repairs to be made.

Please email and of course post if you like. I am on digest mode and forwarding and collecting is a convoluted process at best in digest mode.

Looking forward to good things as usual from the vanagon.wisdom.net.
